Could it really be as simple as pointing the authenticate routines to Database.Table rather than just Table?
ie: Users.Users rather than just Users?
Add/Join/etc might need a bit more work, but to make authentication work, once the data is in the Users.Users table, is it sort of that simple?
Is Authenticate.pm a file that should be directly modified, rather than trying to use a plug-in?
