There seems to be a bug with this.

When I click on "Description" to update the search weight, the page appears so I change 1 to 3 and when I hit update I get an error:

For TEXTAREA forms, please specify the size of the textarea as COLS,ROWS. For example, to have a 50 column, by 6 rows textarea box, you would enter 50,6 in the Form Size box.

This is obviously simple to fix but the default value needs to be fixed to stop this.
