All .cgi files in root directory produce server 500 errors
The only thing I did was to update to 3.10 now all cgi files in the root directory produce 500 errors, premature end of headers. The cgi file in the admin directory work fine.
Any clues??

Can you look at what your error logs say? Thanks.

As it turns out the update changes the permissions on the public_html directory which is where all the cgi's live like jump.cgi to 777, when it needs to be 755. So after banging my head on the wall a couple times I finally figured it out.

Change permissions on root idirectory to 755 and all works fine on Suse 10.0

hmm, it looks like this might be an installer bug. We'll look into this and get a fix for the installer.
