Has anyone experienced a glitch in the admin panel, somewhat randomly, that the whole admin top-level frame is loaded in one of the pages subframes (can be right or left frame, etc..)? Then you close your browser and open it again and it works fine..for a while? Is this a cookie issue? Very hard to edit when this happens and it's happening quite frequently.
