Where is the add.cgi Referer function from LinksSQL1? If a user wants to add a new Link he should be forced to go to the right Category (for his Link) and only in the Categories he should be able to add the link.
Can someone tell me if this function still exists in LinksSQL2?

Yes, it's in Build Options under:

Only allow additions from the following sites:

db_referers = [ ]
