review modification
I wanted to modify the review.cgi so that when there's no review available, it'll still display the <%Links::Utils::load_link%> portion.. i tried to use loop, but doesn't work, and using <%Links::Utils::load_link%> after <%if error%> tag don't work either.. any help would be nice!

I don't use the review system enough, but you might need to make a template global to re-load the link data which may not be fetched if there is no review.
