Hi All-
We got the email confirmation for a paid link but see that the expiry field states "awaiting payment." So is it safe to say this is to be inserted manually?

Unless it's a bug, or things aren't set up correctly, then it should automatically set the expiration date of the link after the payment has gone through.

What payment method are you using (eg. PayPal, WorldPay, etc) and who was the email confirmation from?

This was a PayPal payment and the email came from PayPal as a payment notification and I had to do a confirmation.

Check that your postback.cgi is correctly setup - you must have your IPN URL setup at PayPal, or in the Admin.

I think I know the problem, I had the preferences set to manual and with restrictions, etc. If the next payment comes through without posting, I'll let you know. Thanks!
