I am looking at whether it is possible to have a pay to send form mod in GLinks for registered users only?

Theory:
...user logs in and completes form that is only accessible to users
...user is presented with a payment form
...payment is processed through PayPal
...email with form content is sent to recipient

Has anyone done anything like this?
