is it possible to add the field e.mail in each link to show to the surfer from which they can send e.mail directly from the site that host the link ?

i want give the possibility to the suefer that visit my website to send an e.mail to a link choosen from the links that i have in the database.

the link owner thar receive the e.mail must nbe know that the e.mail was sent by my web site

You could try the modifying the "Recommend_It" plugin by Pugdog to achieve the result your looking for.
I believe the modification's would only be in the HTML templates.
Sample template below :
