Is there a way to change the URL of the category?
from
/aaa_bbb/index.html
to
/aaa-bbb/index.html

You should really look into Adrian's pulgin StaticURLtr it will solve many of your problem.

P.S.. if you don't mind, please increase font size in your post by a point - when I first wakeup, its not the best fontsize to read and reply posts.

I see that the StaticURLtr is for statically built sites and I work with dynamic mode.

Yeah, its just for static pages. However, I don't think there is any simple way to do it dynamically with - in the URL's :(

Can't we do the same like we do with the search, just replace the _ with – and than I will make Rewrite for this? We don’t have to change the system that it know the meaning of the - sign

Not really - cos page.cgi wouldn't understand the Full_Name being passed in if you use - instead of _ ;)
