Why can a user add a bid at $0.00
After signing up a new user in the ppc plugin without any money, I placed a bid and got a hit... it deducted my account by a nickel which put my account at -0.05. How can this happen, I thought the link would be skipped if it wasn't payed for.....

Hi,

When a user signs up, they are marked as active, not as out of funds. So yes, you were able to get one free click before you get marked out of funds. We've changed this behavoir, so you sign up as out of funds.

Thanx... I have applied the pathes to my self patched ppc plugin... (Yikes..)
