Is anyone using User_Edit_Profile plugin from Andy? I have tried to use it and I am getting errors and was wondering if anyone was successfully be able to use it and would be able to help me out.

Sorry, that was an error. It should be fixed in v1.1 (for both LSQL 2.1.2 and 2.2).
