Is there a plugin that can give me a recap on how many outgoing clicks there were in the links directory? Sorted by day, week, or monthly. I've checked and haven't seen one, but hoping I might get lucky.

My ExtraStats plugin will do that. You can view clicks for the whole site, by category or by link. You can view stats for a particular day or month and view graphs for clicks by day during a month or by month during a year. It also gives you list of the most popular links for the whole site or within a category.
