Spider database transfer to Links SQL

Spider database transfer to Links SQL
Greetings!

I have a very small database of 23 links in the Spider. From Bulk database (in spider) I have all of the links displayed. I click on transfer AND nothing happens. The screen appears to accept the command via clicking on the link, however when I check the Links table I see that it remains empty.

Help please! Help documentation does not mention "transfer".
