There is meant to be a plugin for Recommend_It at pugdog. There is actually a link to the site from gossamer linksSQL but when you go there is no download. I I went to this page:

and tried to download the link:
http://pugdog.com/LinkSQL/pages/files/reccomend_it_201.zip but I got page could not be found!

I made contact with them and so support was given!

Does anyone know of a Recommend_It sytle download that does work and can be downloaded and can get a response to email enquiries?

Have you checked your Plugins Monitor/Editor screen in your Admin script? Pugdog may have moved that MOD as an official plugin into the GT plugin download archive area. Just a suggestion.

I've had someone asking me this question 4 or 5 times in email.

The plugins are listed in the Admin->plugins->downloads area. This area has been opened up to 3rd party developers, and is the best way to distribute them. It's fully integrated into the operation of Links.

I'm hesitant to list plugins separately, since Alex's download area checks the links License, and since I started working with GT's programs, I've always fully supported their licensing.

Anyone with a licensed working copy of Links should be able to access and download any released plugin. Globals, and code fragments posted to the forum are a different issue.
