Not a plugin you can insert with <%Plugins::EditorMonitor::EditorLinks($ID)%>
Do you have EditorMonitor.pm at all in plugins ?

If yes, also list the first 10-15 lines of your EditorMonitor.pm file, WITHOUT comment lines.
