I just want to make a little friendly announcement (not aimed at anyone in particular).

I am currently receving, 100 to 150 private messages PER DAY!!!!!!!!

This has left me with NO TIME to give anyone proper support or continue to support, upgrade, or even develop new plugins. I am putting in 14-16 hours per day (somemtimes 18) seven days per week. (99% of which is unpaid).

I have been able to answer most support issues within hours of receving them, and in some cases minutes.

I suggest you keep a list of any or all of your problems, suggestions (and I do love suggestions!), but try to keep the quantity of message to a mimimum.

If something is really urgent, please just ask only the very urgent thing, and mark your message as such so I can find it in amougnst my huge inbox.

Also, PLEASE read through all the threads on the relavant forums for my plug-ins. I realise its easy to miss something, misunderstand, or just forget, as I do. But this will help speed things up for me, and ultimately for you too.

My aim is to produce quality plugins, and give quality support for them. To do this I need time!
