I have a simple idea for a plugin but I am SURE it is complex to do.

Have a plugin that monitors and updates data based on the following:
1. Countries
2. States
3. Counties
4. Cities
5. Zip Codes
6. Telephone Country Codes
7. Telephone Area Codes


With each build/select type build the information would be updated based upon either admin update or user insertion.

The information could then be inserted into a multipart form, drop down menus, select boxes, etc...

Any ideas?
