Key word priority
Is there a way to make it so that if a client wants to have key word priority, you can make it so that their link comes up number 1 when certain keywords are used?

Yes, at the basic level you can create a column called 'Keywords' then set the search weight on this column to a high number like 9. Searches on a keyword will return the link 1st in the results. I have a similar scheme running just fine like this.
