As anyone created a help desk application for links sql (new version)? I tried doing a search and know one was in progress but unable to find it.

Andy has a 'faq' plugin but I'm not sure of all it's facilities

I am using one but it is not really connected to LinksSQL, means anyone can send you requests. I have a form on every detailed page and the Link Text within the textarea field. Sender Email can be prefilled with Links tags. You could give it a try and PM me if you have any problems.
