How about a Google Sitemap plugin? I know you have done some work on this previously but it needs updated...

Should include:
Home page
Category pages
Detailed pages (if setup) (if DetailedPage plugin installed or not)
New Pages
Cool Pages
Pagecreator pages (if installed).
Pagebuilder pages (if installed) (select individually)

Ability to switch on/off pages and also what each entry should include: ie: last modified, frequency etc.

Switch on/off automatic rebuilding during GLinks rebuilding.
