plugin Duplicate_Check work in links 3.1.0?

To get it working on Links 3.1.0 I needed to edit the Duplicate_Check.pm file before installing.
1. Download it via Admin area.
2. Click Edit *before* you install.
3. Add the line "print $IN->header;" above "print Links::SiteHTML::display('error', { error => $error_show })"
I hope that helps. I tested it and it seemed to be working with that change.
My first bit of 3.x fixing :)
