Is there a mod or plugin that will automatically deny adult content on my Links SQL v2 ?
I had it working in the non sql ver but now that i have upgraded, Im lost.
I do NOT want it to replace bad words with hash marks, just deny the entry entirely if it contains dirty words.

I have found some entries for DBMAN but I dont see the correlating files in Links SQL v2.

I need to know what files to modify in Links SQL v2 and what code to stick there.

Please help.

In answer to your question, I don't think there is an existing mod although it would be fairly simple to make. You could wait for someone to help you out here or maybe post in the custom jobs forum.

Should be able to knock something up tomorrow, or monday (if nobody else has)...its just a case really of searching through the title/description/URL for specific keywords, which could be defined by the user.

Hi Andy,

Just adding my support for this plugin.

One of the biggest hurdles is preventing adult material "sneaking" into the database submissions so this plug-in would be very beneficial to me also.

I look forward to seeing what you can come up with here.

Thank you, I was not sure where to post it.

We need a way to filter out porno sites and other garbage or fake entries. This would really save us alot of time cleaning up garbage out of our databases to make them family friendly. I used to get over 5,000 submissions a day to my site, that can take forever to clean up.

I would be willing to give free hosting to the first person to come up with an easy to implement and manage patch or plugin.

Im running links v2.1.1 and your plugin does not show up in my plugin manager, any ideas?

I only show 39 plugins available for download, is that correct or did i miss something?

Alex hasn't added it to the download list yet...you will need to download it from my plugin release thread, and then use the 'Install from File:' option found in Plugins > Download.
