I just wrote a pretty cool hack. It will run through structure.rdf.u8, and if it find a 'related' category in it, then it will check to see if both categories exist in your database, and if they do, it will setup a link.

If anyone is interested in having this done on a DMOZ dump, please let me know. I know its quite a sought after feature (which is one of the reasons I started on it). If you are feeling daring, PM me, and I'll send a copy of the script over to you
