I submitted this before, but did not get the answer that I am after. Therefore, I will try it again if this is OK....

I need to block new user from doining anything (submitting links) before the new user gets validated by the editors or administrator (exactly in the same way as you validate links, Reviews, and Modifications). Means, the user will get sent a validation code only after the admin/editor validate him/her .......Any idea please?
