This plugin will simply rebuild Full_Name for all of your categories. It has been tested on 10,000+ categories, and speed doesn't seem to be affected that much in terms of how many categories you have.

It basically 'rebuilds' your Full_Name value, by working out the father categories names, and worming its way down to the category heirarchy. This gives you an up-to-date value for Full_Name, which can help resolve some errors that people get when a particular Full_Name value gets messed up.
