User tagging, a.k.a "folksonomies" are becoming a vital tool in the emerging "web 2.0" toolset.

Is anyone developing a plugin that can enable users to tag links in a Flikr or Technorati-like fashion? How difficult would a plugin like this be?

I'm betting there's a ton of people that would be interested in this feature (as well as the forthcoming blogging plugin)

Anyone have any thoughts?
