[New Plugin] Limit_Links_Add

Mmm...I'm sure I posted a thread on this a little while back Crazy

Ah well, here I go;

This is a plugin that will let you limit your users to x number of submissions. Great to stop spammers, and also people who submit their links several times in an attempt to get listed faster.

A bug was found in this script, whereas it was missing a 'use' statement. This has now been fixed, and is working in the newest update (available from the admin download area).

The URL for this plugin has also been updated, after my new site being setup. The new URL is;

Seems that this bug was introduced in again somewhere along the line. I've put the missing code back in, and it should work fine. It seems that only a handful of server types were giving errors due to this, whilst others were working fine! Unsure
