ModifyRestrict

This plugin gives you a lot more control over how many "changes" (i.e "modifications") a user is permitted to make in a given time. For example, you can set accounts to only be allowed to modify links 5 times - and also have the settings Mins_Between_Modify option, which lets you decide how many minutes a user must wait, before they can modify their next link.

Plugin Description:

Gossamer Links 3.0.1+ / LinksSQL 2.2.x +

Features :

Allows you to limit the number of times a user can modify their listings (overall, not per-link)
You can even set an interval between them modifying their listings (i.e modify a link, then must have a 10 minute gap, before the next link can be edited)
Error messages are easily customizable in the plugin settings.
Fits right into the luna template set, so it should be as simple as installing, and adding one line of template code to modify_success.html.
