I thought its been a while since I wrote a free plugin, so here you go =)

This was actually requested by someone, so hopefully other people find it useful to.

Basically, it lets you setup a limit for "trusted" review writers. For example, if you set the plugin option to "5", then once a user has 5 VALIDATED reviews, and after that will get auto-validated.

It also sends out the email just like the normal review validation system too.
