Did you know Stephen King originally wrote children's books? Scary thought isn't it ? :-)
I though "It" was okay, ahtough not scary at all.
Ever read "Desperation" or "The Regulators"? Weirdest books I've ever read. The characters in the two are the same, and they have similar plots, except everything is kind of backwards, and that "The Regulators" was written under his alias "Richard Bachman".
I just started reading "Dreamcatcher" the other day.
Is this offtopic guys?

I've never seen a movie after reading the book and been impressed... Maybe the way to do these things is to see the movies first...

Okay, I hate to beat a dead horse, but when it comes to S.K. - I just gotta respond. I read in a interview where he said his favorite piece of fan mail was a photo of a teddy bear (bound an gagged) that said "Finish the Dark Tower or the bear gets it".
Can't wait for the new book (with Peter Straub). Still reading Dream Catcher, only half way through it. It's not quite holding my attention as others have.
