stopping the - + on catagory label

stopping the - + on catagory label
How do you force the forum catagory to display all sub forums, all the time....eliminating the plus minus sign...the forums here on this board do it.

I stand correct...there are + and - signs here onthis forum as well, and I think I can live with them.
