Not much luck on a search for this, but variations....

I want to show the latest forum posts on the main home LinksSQL page in the right column, but just for selected forums. I have a forum for news that only I can post in. This is the forum I would like a sniplet of the latest 5 posts to be pulled from. Has anyone got something like this?
