In the Admin Panel, go to Email templates and load subscribe.eml.
This is the template for subscriptions.
Inside to <%loop post_loop%>, I put this in after the <%post_message_text%> variable:
Link back to post: <%cgi_root_url%>/gforum.cgi?post=<%post_id%>#<%post_id%>
That should add a link back to the specific post in a subscription email.
