Problem with Hyperlinks in Posts That Contain Ampersands
A hyperlink like the one below containing an ampersand appears to not parse correctly.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1354805423

When you mouseover or click this link, the displayed URL becomes

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1354805423

where the ampersand is replaced by "&"

Is this a bug, or am I doing something wrong?

Try your post again - it should be fixed up now. It was a problem in converting the HTML generated by the advanced editor back into forum markup.
