Seems you have a little problem with previews and PM's ;) Here is what I did to get no smilies to appear when previewing a PM;

Clicked on a message I had,
Clicked 'Reply'
Typed my message with a smile in it. (i.e. [:(])
Looked at the preview, and the [:(] text just showed up, rather than being changed into an image.

May wanna get it fixed up. Not a big thing, but annoying if you use the reply/preview feature s a lot
