Delete Icon
The delete icon should replace the icon curently there. I don't like the idea of having two icons there. Looks rather messy and confusing.

hehe, posted about this I think over in the bugs section ... I had the locked icon half covered by thethread name column ...

definately replace would be better ... somebody might miss the second Icon ...

Perhaps it might be a better idea to move the locked icon somewhere else - perhaps at the beginning of the subject?

I think the locked icon should replace the thread icon at the beginning of the subject if it is locked

replacement is better since there won't be an misunderstanding if the thread is still active or not ... this is pretty much what is standard practice anyway.

If the idea was to keep if the the thread has been viewed yet or not, then maybe 2 deleted message icons could be used, 1 yellow for not visited and 1 errr grey or what it is now.
