Changing Domain

Hi !

In need change my forum domain from webconferencia.com.ar to webconferencia.net, what i should make? run the installation as upgrade? or simply changing the defaults paths in admin>setup>paths and urls ? Of course, i'm talking about change the domain, and NOT the server, or server folders.
