I think you have a bug in the profile. I have the same problem on my forum at "http://www.egyptdentists.com/cgi-bin/gforum/gforum.cgi" which is still under development, so I tried it on your forum. I added a photo to the profile Assem.jpg to the forum, change my mind and tried to add 1-user_icon.jpg but I still get the first image with it kind of sqeezed.

It's a known problem. The new file _is_ properly uploaded, but your browser is caching the old one. You ought to be able to see the proper image by doing a page refresh (holding control or shift while refreshing might be necessary).
