We have a problem on our one forum where seemingly out of the blue - the notification of 'NEW' at the top of threads is no longer working properly. It seems to work intermittently, some times displaying correctly while at other times being absent.

At the same time, when there is a multi-page thread, and there are only new posts on page 3 for example. The forum will also at times not take the user to that page where the new posts are. It will act as though there are no 'new' posts in the forum.

I just wanted to see if there was any known reason for this, or whether I'd have to log a ticket for it to be checked out.
