Is it possible to upload images into the forum massage, not as Attachment ales as a part of the massage.

Yes, sure you can, as Inline attachments
See your compose message/post screen and specially the Inline checkbox.

Uh I forgot, sorry
when upload attachment you must check the Inline checkbox, and then:
a. If using advanced editor - you must click on insert picture icon from editor toolbar, then you must choose type of picture (inline or normal), if you click on Inline the popup will give you the choice to select which one of uploaded Inline attachments to insert in message.
b. If using the normal editor, when upload the inline attachment you must put this markup tag in body of your post [inline attachment_filename.gif]
You can get more help on Markup in Get Markup Help link when using normal editor.
