add data fields
How easy is it to add data fields for new leads, name and email seems a bit limited, if I've got more information about people I'd like to add it to a database and have it available as a variable in emails.

Hi,

It's quite easy. You can go to Users->Leads->Properties and click on Add Column to add new columns to store lead information.
