We want to use DBmanSQL as a dating script.

We'd like to integrate our vB 2.0 member db to use with dbmansql. Mainly, we just don't want our members to have to log in twice on our site, but we want to allow them to use each script seperately. In other words: can there be a simple link to username and password, but then keep the interfaces seperate? (but then I'm thinking that the PM feature would be cool to use fromvb for a dating script)

How difficult would this be? How would I do this?

Haven't bought DBmanSQL yet. IS this the right application for a dating script? Is there a better choice?

How server friendly is DBmanSQL in dynamic mode? (we are on a shared server)

Yes...look at some of the MODS for DBMAN and also Sites in Action...quite a few users are using DBMAN for dating and penpal sites. Although you will have to tweak the script to do what you want.

Probably not.

Uh..>DBMANSQL is completely dynamic...it is NOT like Links SQL where you build static web pages.
