I've been attempting to get an add form to work for several days now. I had one that did the trick and added the data correctly, but now that I'm trying to use it on a different database (with the appropriate information changed, of course) it does nothing except refresh the page. No data is added, and it does not show the add_success.html page like it did with the original database. Can anyone help?
