I don't know exactly what happens...here at Udine University I've made a little database of e-journals (you can see it from http://158.110.106.69/cgi-bin/dbman/db.cgi?db=rieltp.
try to click on one letter on the bottom and you'll be carried to all the ejournals that begins with it...BUT ONLY WITH EXPLORER!!! Netscape in fact returns a blank screen.
is it my fault or a little bug?
if you wat to see my html.pl conf file, you can ftp it from the same address (ftp://158.110.106.69) as anonymous under the directory dbman.

Most likely you are missing a closing html tag ie: </table> or </tr> or </td> in your html.pl file. IE is a little more forgiving in that regard - that is why you can see it in Explorer and not in Netscape.

Double-check that all your html tags are properly closed.
