I am getting this message all of the sudden when a client tries to sign on I tries to log on with the admin account and get the same results invalid/expired user session what does this mean and how do I fix it?

If you are trying to access the database from an external link, then you will need to create a default user rather than linking to the username.random_number generated by DBMan.
The reason for this is that the .random_number is a session id, which expires after 6 hours (by default) and becomes invalid.

If you are trying to access the database from the login form and are still getting that message, then most likely that particualr username has been deleted from the .pass file.
