How can i show a spesific record on a static html page whitout SSI

You can link to the db and pull a record out (if you allow for a "default" user to view records without logging in).

Check out LoisC's "Unofficial FAQ" (www.redundantcartridge.com/dbman/) for a bunch of options on viewing & linking to records.

Basically you'd make your dbman html.pl page look like a "normal" page of your website so when the link is clicked it pulls up the record and the 'end-user' sees what looks like a static html page.
