Did you try looking at the files in the parent directory:

http://www.jpdeni.com/dbman/Mods/

Maybe JPDeni mistakingly renamed the file you are looking for under a different file name.

JPDeni at one time lost all of the files on her server so that may be missing.

You can check the FAQ or search the forum for the original thread reference. In the FAQ it is titled "Image::Size" under the section Images.
