i instaled the dbman, works like a doll :-)

but now i realize, that i need to add many more fields, and my user list has laready grown to near a 100.

questions:

a) how can i add fields to already existing dbman?

b) will the script create problems if i have more than 500 users?

answer b) When you have got more then 500 users in your database it doesn't gives any trouble

I would suggest opening up your database file within excel and added your additional fields. There was a mod written awhile ago that would automate this process, but I don't have the url or thread reference for it.

It's also a very good idea to add extra blank fields when you first create your database and just include them in your html_record_form as hidden fields.

This makes it soooo much easier when you decide to add a few extra fields once your database records are established.

You may want to check the FAQ noted below under "Admin" and "Fields" as you may find additional suggestions for adding fields.
