i have a db implementation which is for people to view and add/delete small ads.

if you are just viewing ads then there is no logon and you simply go to a search page.

however, if you want to add or delete (there is no modify facility) an ad then you first have to logon, before you go to the add/delete page.

what is the configuration file settings that control this as i have tried just about everything that i can think of.
